Este trabalho cuida do processo/procedimento referente as infrações de trânsito, salientando a imperatividade da incidência do devido processo legal, na esfera administrativa, para apuração e julgamento das transgressões verificadas. Minudencia o desdobramento processual, concluindo pela
eventual pertinência da judicialização visando aclarar situações, no objetivo maior da realização da justiça.

This work focuses on the process/procedure related to transit infractions, highlighting the imperative nature of the incidence of the due legal process, in the administrative realm, to investigate and judge the identified transgressions. It describes how the process unfolds, concluding that judicialization will eventually be pertinent, in order to clarify situations
and make justice.
